The Co-extruded Front-lit Series is a premium range of PVC flex banner materials engineered for front-illuminated large-format advertising. Unlike conventional laminated products, this series is produced through a one-step co-extrusion process in which multiple PVC layers — a printable surface layer, a high-opacity white core and a durable backing layer — are simultaneously extruded and fused around a high-tenacity polyester scrim. The result is a truly integrated sheet with no glue line, which effectively eliminates the delamination, bubbling and edge curling common in cold- or hot-laminated alternatives.
